Track and Field Posts 16 Event Wins in West Point Twilight

WEST POINT, N.Y. -- The Army West Point men's and women's track and field team had an impressive showing at the Army West Point Twilight meet today at Shea Stadium. The Black Knights had 16 total event winners, with an even split of eight on the men's side and eight on the women's side.

Hannah Blakey highlighted the day for the women, placing first in both the 100m and the 200m dash to continue her impressive season. Bonzelet, Jones, Green, Ragazzini, Sacchinelli, Mikoud and Reis all placed first as well in their respective events.

Pole Vault: Jennifer Reis - 3.70m

The Black Knights had eight first place finishers on the men's side as well, capping off a successful day at the Twilight Meet. Samuel, Wetzel and Sembrat placed first in their track events, while Risi, Patel, Barrett, Gibson and Hesson placed first in their field events.
