Four Black Knights Earn All-ECAC Honors

WEST POINT, N.Y. –  The Army West Point men's gymnastics team placed four members on the all-ECAC teams.

Corban Barstow and Kalvin Kingshill were each named all-conference floor exercise performers. Matthew Martin was tabbed a first team all-conference pommel horse selection and Connor Cavanagh was a first team all-ECAC vault honoree.

Barstow had a season high score of 13.35 in the floor exercise during the regular season. He later bested that mark during the ECAC Championship meet with a tally of 13.45.

Likewise, Kingshill saved his season-best performance for the ECAC championship, finishing with a 13.4 in the floor exercise. His previous top score of the season came in the All-Academy Championships when he registered a 13.3.

Martin was the ECAC champion in pommel horse, scoring a season-best mark of 14.0 in the championship meet. Prior to the meet, his best score was a 13.55 against Springfield.

Cavanagh had posted scores of 14.0 or higher in three of the five meets he competed in this season. His best tally was 14.15, which came in the All-Academy Championship.
