Women's Tennis Defeats Binghamton on Senior Day

WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Army West Point women's tennis team took down Binghamton, 7-0 on Friday, as the Black Knights celebrated their senior class.
This is the second consecutive shutout on the season, and seventh overall for the Black Knights (10-3, 6-1), as the team heads into the final weekend of the regular season.
Firsties Sasha Inchauste and Hannah Boubel got the ball rolling in doubles action with a 6-1 win at No. 3.
The opening match point was had by Paola Bou and Justine Dondonay, who cruised to a 6-1 win at No. 2.
Ana Joyner and Sam DiMaio also secured a 6-2 win at No. 1 doubles.
Inchauste kept it rolling into singles play, as the team captain looked stellar in a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 5. Boubel would then make it 3-0 Army with a 6-1, 6-1 win playing at No. 4.
The match clincher would come at No. 6, as Elizabeth Gilbert went on to win 6-3, 6-0.
Joyner gave Army its fifth team point at No. 1 with a 6-3, 6-0 victory. Dondonay won 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 and Carolyn Ahn rounded out the matches with a 7-6 (4), 6-3 win at No. 3.
