Army Moves Up in Team ECH Rankings

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Coming off a win on Saturday night against Bentley, the Army West Point hockey team moved up to No. 18 in the Everything College Hockey rankings and received 31 votes in the USCHO National Poll on Monday.

The Black Knights moved up from No. 20 in the rankings last week and received more votes in the USCHO National Poll this week. Army is on the nation's longest unbeaten streak at nine games.

The Black Knights are 11-5-1 on the season, have gone 8-0-1 in their last nine games and clinched a first-round bye into the Atlantic Hockey Tournament Quarterfinals.

Army currently sits in second place in Atlantic Hockey with 30 points in league play and has earned points in 11 straight league games.

The Black Knights are back in action on Tuesday night against Holy Cross for their final regular season league game with puck drop coming at 5:05 p.m.
