Black Knights Drop Road Contest to BU

BOSTON – The Army West Point women's basketball team fell to Boston University, 82-41, Saturday afternoon at Case Gymnasium. The Black Knights dropped to 9-9 on the season, while the Terriers improved to 7-1.
The Terriers shot an impressive 60.7 percent from the field, connecting on 37 of their 61 attempted free throws. The Black Knights were limited to a shooting percentage of 26.9 percent.
Maggie Pina led all scorers with 15 points, while Liz Shean (12 points) and Sydney Johnson (10) were the other members of the Terriers to score in double figures. Lauren Lithgow and Sabria Hunter were Army's leading scorers with seven points apiece.
Despite struggling offensively for most of the afternoon, the Cadets shot 50 percent from the floor in the fourth quarter.
