December 13, 2021 | Hockey
WINTHROP, Mass. - Following a weekend sweep of RIT, the Army West Point Hockey team earned all three of the Atlantic Hockey Weekly Awards after a two-win, six-point weekend in Rochester. Colin Bilek, Anthony Firriolo and Gavin Abric were named the AHA Player, Defenseman and Goalie of the Week, respectively after their performances this weekend. The trio of awards is the most this season for Army and the most since March of last year when Firriolo, Bilek and Trevin Kozlowski were all honored in the same week.Â
All three of these Cadets all have been a key part of the team's recent three-game winning streak, as the Black Knights go into Winter break having won 7 of their last ten games.Â
