Army Sweeps ECAC Weekly Awards

DANBURY, Conn. -Â The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced that Army West Point gymnasts Jacob Nauman and Connor Cavanagh have received weekly honors for the week ending in January 17.Â
Nauman was named ECAC Gymnast of the Week after capturing the vault title with a 14.0 score. He competed in five events for the Black Knights in their virtual meet against Penn State.Â
Cavanagh received two honors from the conference, as he was named ECAC Specialist of the Week for his performance on vault, and ECAC Rookie of the Week. He shared the vault title with Nauman with an even 14.0 score.Â
The Black Knights are scheduled to compete against Oklahoma in a virtual meet on Jan. 30.Â
