10 Cadets Named to the AHA All-Academic Team

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Ten members of the Army West Point hockey team have been named to the Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team announced by the league on Friday.

To qualify for the Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team, an individual must post a 3.0 GPA or better in all academic semesters in which his team was actively competing.

The Black Knights were represented by recently graduated seniors Tipper Higgins, Dalton MacAfee, Ian Mansfield and Taylor Maruya along with underclassmen Jared Dempsey, Bryan Gerstenfeld, Mason Krueger, Matt Penta, Brendan Soucie and John Zimmerman.
