Army Celebrates Championship Season at Banquet

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point women's tennis team celebrated its 2018-19 campaign with its annual year-end banquet on Tuesday afternoon.
The Black Knights finished with a record of 22-8, their most wins since the 2014 season. Army captured its second consecutive Patriot League title and 15th overall with a thrilling 4-3 victory over top-seeded Boston University in the championship match to earn a berth to the NCAA Tournament. The Cadets traveled to Seattle to face the 10th-ranked Huskies of Washington, taking 26 games in the 4-0 setback.
The players, coaches and staff all celebrated with a dinner before handing out the team awards which were voted on by the players.

Most Improved Doubles: Sam DiMaio
MVP Doubles Team: Stephanie Dolehide/Caroline Vincent
Team Spirit: Paola Bou
