CLEVELAND – The Army West Point men's swimming and diving team finished in ninth at the CSCAA National Invite with 442.5 points on Saturday.

"It was a great way to finish a very successful season with a strong showing at the national invite," head coach Mickey Wender said. "Our men had a goal of finishing in the top-10 so ninth feels great, just behind Ohio State and South Carolina. It was a great experience and a building block for our young ambitious team."

CLEVELAND – The Army West Point men's swimming and diving team finished in ninth at the CSCAA National Invite with 442.5 points on Saturday.
ARMY NOTABLES
- Jack Venker kicked off the final day with a 15:38.35 time in the 1650 free, which was good for sixth.
- In the 100 IM, Evan Zhang posted a seventh-place finish at 50.79. The freshman later took fourth in the 200 breast with a time of 1:58.30.
- The 200 back was highlighted by Tyler Kim's fifth-place time of 1:45.40. Brian McKenrick also scored for Army in the event, coming in eighth at 1:46.24.
- Nathan Hein's time of 44.76 in the 100 free was good for ninth.
- On the 1-meter board, Daniel Alaimo recorded a 10th-place score of 267.70.
- The day closed out with a 10th-place finish in the 400 free relay. Hogan Harper, Hein, Kevin Lin and Sean Martin finished with a time of 3:01.00
