Army-Longwood Series Moved Up

WEST POINT, N.Y. - Due to projected inclement weather this weekend, game changes have been announced for the Army West Point-Longwood baseball series.
Army and Longwood were originally scheduled to kick off their four-game series on Friday at 3Â p.m. in Farmville, Va.
The series has now been trimmed down to just three games and will feature a doubleheader on Thursday followed by a single game on Friday. The two teams will square off Thursday beginning at 3:30 p.m. with a 7-inning-contest before wrapping up the twin bill with a normal 9-inning scheduled game. Friday's first pitch is slated for 3 p.m.
