BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – The Army West Point women's basketball team fell to St. Francis Brooklyn, 70-64, Wednesday evening at the Pope Education Center.
Army had a trio of scorers reach double-figures in Sabria Hunter (16), Kamryn Hall (13) and Alisa Fallon (10). Hunter was a dominant force for the Black Knights in the first half, headed into the break with a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Hall then picked things up in the second half with 13 points in the stanza.
The Terriers saw four players reach double-figures. Leading all scorers was Nevena Dimitrijevic with 21 points, shooting 8-of-20 on the night.

- This marks two consecutive double-doubles for Hunter, who finished the contest with 16 points and 17 rebounds.
- Hunter is the first member if the Black Knights to record at 15 rebounds in game since Madison Hovren collected 15 at Lehigh on Feb. 23 of last season.
- Hall register double-figures for the first time in her career. The freshman tallied nine of her 13 points in the third quarter, connecting on 4-of-5 of her shots in the frame.
- Alisa Fallon reached double-digit scoring for the second consecutive game, finishing with 10 points.
- Libby Tacka was a perfect 3-of-3 from the field, including 2-of-2 from beyond-the-arc.
- This marks the second time this season and the sixth time in her career that Sarah Bohn has hit three treys in a contest.
HOW IT HAPPENED
First Quarter
- Hunter established her presence early with eight points in the opening quarter of play, hitting four of her first five shots.
- Army shot 50 percent from the field (7-of-14) in the first quarter, but St. Francis held the slight 16-15 advantage through the first 10 minutes of play.
Second Quarter
- Sarah Bohn hit a pair of triples to open the quarter and give the Black Knights a 9-0 run, which extended from the first quarter.
- The second quarter, however, would be neck-and-neck with the teams heading into the break knotted at 37-37.
Third Quarter
- Of the 18 points scoring in the third quarter, freshmen accounted for 15 of them. Hall led the way with nine in the quarter, while Hope Brown contributed four points.
Fourth Quarter
- The Terriers shot 53.3 percent in the final frame and hit two of the three 3-pointers they attempted. Jade Johnson, the team's leading scorer entering the contest, led the fourth quarter push with eight points.
UP NEXT
- The Black Knights return home to Christl Arena on Saturday to take on Columbia. Tip off is set for 1 p.m.
