BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Army West Point women's tennis team wrapped up its trip to Lehigh Sunday with singles and doubles action versus Morgan State and the host Mountain Hawks.
Freshman Sophie McKenzie was stellar on the final day, going 2-0 in doubles and 1-0 in singles play. Fellow Plebe Anna Loureiro went 2-0 in singles play.
Abi Waldman and McKinnley Smith were 2-0 together in doubles action.
ARMY HIGHLIGHTS
- The Black Knights were 17-12 in singles play over the two days.
- Army finished strong in doubles play, going 8-3 both days.
- Loureiro was 3-0 overall in singles play.
- Waldman and Smith were also undefeated in doubles, going 3-0 together overall.
