WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point hockey team suffered a 3-0 setback to Robert Morris Sunday evening to split the weekend series.Â

The Colonials jumped ahead 2-0 after the first period and scored an insurance goal in the second.Â

The Black Knights put it all out there with a season-high 43 shots, but came up just short.

HOW IT HAPPENEDÂ Â
- Robert Morris had a two-goal first period and added another in the second to go ahead 3-0. Darcy Walsh and Nick Jenny were responsible for the first scores of the game.Â
- The Colonial's first goal came halfway through the first period, while the second was scored with 2:14 remaining in the frame.
- After 11:59 into the second stanza, Robert Morris struck again when Cameron Hebert redirected a shot taken by Garrett Clegg into the net.
- The Black Knights had several power play opportunities, including four in the final period, but was not able to score on those chances.Â

- All of Robert Morris' goals were even-strength.Â
- The Black Knights have not allowed a power play score since the season opener which spans 214:20 minutes of action.Â
- The Colonials had four power play opportunities tonight.Â
- Trevin Kozlowski made 17 saves on the night.Â
- Zach Evancho and Alex Wilkinson led the Black Knights in shots with seven apiece.Â
