Football Receiving Points in Amway Coaches Poll

Amway Coaches Poll
WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point football team received two points in this week's Amway Coaches Poll after its 3-0 start to the 2016 season.
The Black Knights are one of 24 teams outside the top 25 that are receiving votes. The poll is made up of 64 Football Bowl Subdivision head coaches from around the country and all are members of the American Football Coaches Association.
Alabama stayed at the top spot in the poll following its win over Ole Miss, while Ohio State remained in second with the Buckeyes' win at Oklahoma, who fell out of the rankings.
Army has started 3-0 for the first time since 1996 following its 66-14 lopsided win on the road against the Miners at the Sun Bowl.
Army heads to Buffalo for a 7 p.m. kickoff next Saturday on ESPN3 and the Army Sports Network.
