WEST POINT, N.Y. – Newly commissioned Second Lieutenant Brooke Hepfer, a four-year member of the Army West Point women's soccer team, received the Lieutenant General Robert F. Foley Award of Honor at the 2016 Awards Convocation the day prior to receiving her diploma on May 21st.
