NAME: Katie Holder
HOMETOWN: Stillwater, Minn.
MAJOR: Mechanical Engineering
DESCRIBE YOUR HEAD COACH: She is caring and motivating but watch out for her mind games because they will get you!
WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL AND WHY: My mom and dad for so many different reasons but I strive to be a combination of both of them every day.
GREATEST ATHLETE ON EARTH TODAY IS: Will Holder
FAVORITE ARMY WEST POINT TEAM OTHER THAN YOUR OWN: Softball, duhhh! The title "biggest fan" was passed down to me from Molly McGuigan when I was a sophomore. It's so official we even have a t-shirt.
FAVORITE VENUE TO PLAY IN: Clinton Field because of the famous Clinton Crazies.
OPPONENT MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO PLAYING: Obviously Navy, but Colgate too.
WHAT TEAM NOT ON YOUR SCHEDULE WOULD YOU LIKE TO PLAY AND WHY: University of Minnesota because that means I could go home and play at an awesome facility against a good team.
HOW ARE YOU SPENDING YOUR SUMMER: CLDT (or "eating berries and camping as Marcia would say"), CBT 1 and then a little time at home sprinkled in there before soccer starts at the end of July.
ON MY TEAM, I AM THE BEST… Dancer and I'm sure everyone else on the team would agree
FAVORITE MEAL: Mac and Cheese
IF YOU COULD GO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD YOU GO: New Zealand
FAVORITE WARMUP SONG: Shipping Off to Boston, especially as the first song we hear when we are walking on to the field
BIGGEST NIGHTMARE: Losing someone in my family
FAVORITE PART OF WEST POINT: My friends
DESCRIBE ARMY WEST POINT WOMEN'S SOCCER: Always the loudest group in the room!
FAVORITE TV SHOW GROWING UP: Rocket Power!
MOST MEMORABLE ATHLETIC MOMENT: Definitely beating Navy my sophomore year.
HOW ARE YOU IMPROVING YOUR GAME IN THE OFFSEASON: Getting as many touches on the ball as I can
