WEST POINT, N.Y. -- Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, Chief of Staff of the Army, and West Point Superintendent Lt. Gen. David H. Huntoon, Jr., speak inside of the Cadet Mess Hall prior to having lunch with the Corps of Cadets, Aug. 26, West Point, N.Y. After lunch, Dempsey will speak with 51 senior cadets during an open forum discussion and will close his day by speaking with the Army Football team.
