WEST POINT, N.Y. - A chance to win exclusive access during Army football's media day, along with football and basketball jerseys, highlight an exciting batch of items currently available on Army's official online auction site.
Army Football Media Day Experience (Ends Thursday, Aug. 29, 12 p.m.)
If you're an avid Army football fan, this is your chance to get exclusive access with your favorite Black Knight players and coaches. While Media Day is closed to the general public, the winner of this auction, along with one lucky guest, will be granted unprecedented access and an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the 2010 Army football team. Included in this package will be a game-used football, official media kit, a photo with head coach Rich Ellerson and the rest of the Army coaching staff and also photo/autograph opportunities with the players.
Media Day will be held at Michie Stadium on Monday, Aug. 2, beginning at 9:45 a.m. A member of the Army Athletic Communications staff will be in touch with event details once this auction has ended.
Independence Bowl Package (Ends Thursday, July 29, 12:45 p.m.)
This unique package is the perfect gift for any Army football fan or collector out there. Commemorating the Black Knights' appearance in the 1996 Poulan/Weed Eater Independence Bowl, held at Independence Stadium in Shreveport, La., this package includes a mint condition game ticket for the December 31, 1996, affair, along with postseason media guides for both Army and Auburn, along with an entire book bound of newspaper and magazine clippings from the 1996 season. Auburn defeated Army by a 32-29 score in a thrilling 21st annual Poulan/Weed Eater Independence Bowl.

Men's Basketball Specialty Jersey Top Only #33 (Ends Thursday, July 29, 12:15 p.m.)
This specially designed men's basketball jersey was worn for the 111th meeting of rivals Army and Navy on the hardwood, Feb. 20, 2010, at Christl Arena. The Black Knights won their first Alumni Trophy since 2002 that Saturday. The specially made Nike jersey is of the home white variety and feature black and old gold trim, along with the words "WEST POINT" across the chest and an American flag patch on the right shoulder.
Black Jack Build-A-Bear Combo Pack (Ends Thursday, July 29, 2:15 p.m.)
The perfect combination for Army fans young and old. The winner of this auction will receive both limited edition Black Jack Build-A-Bears offered as giveaways by the Army Athletic Association over the last two years. The most recent edition of Black Jack features him in the Army Combat Uniform (ACU), complete with name and American flag patches in their rightful positions. The older of the two Black Jacks was the first Build-A-Bear built exclusively for Army and features Black Jack in a pair of Army shorts and tennis shoes. Both plush mascot replicas were built at the popular Build-A-Bear workshop.
