1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF August 17, 2009 TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Army Sports Properties and Pentagon Federal Credit Union are not eligible to enter.
2. ENTRY: To enter the Army Sports Network/Pentagon Federal Credit Union Army-Air Force Sweepstakes beginning at 12:01:01 am EST on August 17, 2009 log on to www.goArmysports.com and complete an online entry form. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm EST on Friday, October 23, 2009. You may also enter by filling out an entry form depositing the ticket into the designated entry box at the Pentagon Federal Credit Union display on Black Knights Alley located at Michie Stadium during any home Army Football game, and select Pentagon Federal Credit Union Branches. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Limit one entry per person, per IP address. In case of a dispute over winner's identity, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the IP address owner (who must meet eligibility requirements). Sponsors are not responsible for entry submissions received after deadline, incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Sponsors reserve the right to suspend or terminate this Contest without notice if, in sponsors sole discretion, the Contest becomes infected or otherwise corrupted. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Contest.
3. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: Four (4) roundtrip air transportation tickets from Newburgh, New York to Colorado Springs, Colorado, Four (4) tickets to the Army at Air Force game on Saturday, November 7, 2009, One (1) night accommodation, Two (2) hotel rooms, Four (4) tickets to the Quarterback Luncheon on Thursday, November 5, 2009, Four (4) invitations to the Official Team reception following the game, Four (4) official Army coaches polo shirts, and One (1) Autographed Army Football. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on the dates specified, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
Five (5) Runners up will receive: Two (2) tickets to the Army vs. VMI game on Saturday, November 14, 2009 and an Army Athletics/Pentagon Federal Credit Union Prize Pack.
No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of sponsors. Sponsors make no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize/Runners Up Prize and are not responsible for event cancellation or postponement. The cash equivalent of any portion of the Grand Prize/Runners Up Prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. Any and all taxes are sole responsibility of winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
4. CONTEST DRAWINGS: Contestants who register on-line, at select Pentagon Federal Credit Union Branches and on Black Knights Alley will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about Friday, October 23, 2009. Contestants will be contacted by a representative from Army Sports Properties by telephone at the daytime number listed. If, after Two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, Contestants slot will be forfeited and an alternate contestant randomly selected. No Purchase is necessary.
5. GENERAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree (a) to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Army Sports Properties and Pentagon Federal Credit Union which will be binding and final; (b) to the Companies (as defined in Section 2 above) use of information supplied by entrants for advertising purposes as allowed by law; (c) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Companies (as defined in Section 2 above) from all liability, claims, law suits, costs, expenses, fees, injuries, (including death), losses, and damages resulting from participation in the sweepstakes, acceptance or use of the prizes, any travel associated with the sweepstakes, and/or from entrant's fraudulent or wrongful acts or omissions; (d) not to sue Companies (as defined in Section 2 above) for any damages arising from winner's acceptance of or use of the prizes; and (e) to allow Companies (as defined in Section 2 above) to use winners and guests' names, voices, biographies and likenesses without further notice or compensation for promotion, advertising, filing and dissemination purposes, except where it is prohibited by law. The Companies shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these rules or any applicable laws relating to the sweepstakes or who make any misrepresentations relative to the sweepstakes, drawing and/or redemption of prizes. The Companies shall resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be allowed except at the sole discretion of the Companies. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
