Army Sports Network – Jeep Touchdown Toss
SPONSORS: Army Sports Properties and Tri State Jeep Dealers
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, A LICENSED DRIVER, A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF August 7, 2008 TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
To enter the Army Sports Network/Jeep Touchdown Toss beginning at 12:01:01 am EST on August 3, 2010 log on to www.goArmySports.com and complete an online entry form. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm EST on October 14, 2010. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Limit one entry per person, per IP address. In case of a dispute over winner’s identity, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the IP address owner (who must meet eligibility requirements). Sponsors are not responsible for entry submissions received after deadline, incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Sponsors reserve the right to suspend or terminate this Contest without notice if, in sponsors sole discretion, the Contest becomes infected or otherwise corrupted. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Contest.
2. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4x4 with an approximate retail value not to exceed $30,000 (USD). No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of sponsors. Sponsors make no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize and are not responsible for event cancellation or postponement. The cash equivalent of any portion of the Grand Prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. Any and all taxes are sole responsibility of winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
3. CONTEST DRAWINGS: Contestants who register on-line will be selected in random drawings to be held on or about September 7th for the September 11th game, on or about September 14th for the September 18th game, On or about September 30th for the October 2nd game, and on or about October 26th for the October 30th game. The final game on November 6 , 2010 will feature winners from the five prior games. Contestants will be contacted by a representative from Army Sports Properties by telephone at the daytime number listed. If, after Two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, Contestants slot will be forfeited and an alternate contestant randomly selected. No Purchase is necessary.
Contestants will be randomly selected in drawings and conducted to determine a total of ten (10) Semi Finalists and Five (5) Finalists who will compete in the Army Sports Network/2010 Jeep Touchdown Toss which will take place during halftime of the Five (5) pre-selected home games. All Contest participants will each receive the Two (2) Tickets and One (1) parking pass to one of Five (5) 2010 Army Football Home Games. Selected Games are September 11th , September 18th , October 2nd and October 30th . The Finals will be held on Saturday, November 6th 2010 during halftime of the Army vs. Air Force Football game to be held at West Point. Odds of an entry being selected in any drawing depend upon the number of entries processed for such drawing and the number of winners designated to be selected in such drawing. All entries processed prior to a scheduled drawing date will be entered into such drawing and will remain eligible for all subsequent drawings, if any. Drawings will be conducted by Army Sports Properties and the Army Athletic Association whose decisions in all respects shall be final and binding. All entries drawn are subject to verification. Entries that are incomplete or non-compliant with these rules will be void. Limit one Contest prize per name, address and/or household during Contest Period.
Each Contestant will have the option to randomly choose from a pre-selected number of USMA Cadets to participate on their behalf. The chosen Cadet will toss on behalf of the Contestant for the current round only. Should the Contestant advance to subsequent rounds, the Contestant will again have the option to select from a different pool of Cadets using a different Cadet each time the Contestant advances. Contestant still eligible for all prizes.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open only to legal U.S. residents, who are 21 years of age or older, a licensed driver and have Internet access as of 8/7/09. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Army Sports Properties, the Army Athletic Association, Chrysler Group LLC, BBDO, other media companies, and their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prize Winner is required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release must be returned within Seven (7) days of notification or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: Grand Prize winner, All Entrants, Contestants consent to the use of his/her name, photograph or likenesses for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. All entrants release Army Sports Properties, the Army Athletic Association, Chrysler Group LLC, and each of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for property damage or personal injury, damages, or monetary loss.
6. WINNER’S NAME: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 12/1/10 to Army Sports Network/ Jeep Touchdown Toss C/O Army Sports Properties, 700 Mills Road, West Point, NY 10996.

8. RULES CHANGES: The Sponsor and media partners reserve the right to amend or change the above rules at anytime as well as end the contest at any time. All decisions of the Sponsors are final.
9. Tax Implications: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes all motor vehicle fees are the responsibility of the winner. The winner shall comply with all Department of Motor Vehicle Insurance Laws, Rules, and Regulations of his/her state of residence. Grand Prize winner must show proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license at the time of vehicle delivery
10. Delivery of the Grand Prize vehicle will take approximately 6-8 weeks (subject to production schedules) after the winner has been approved, signed all releases and is deemed the official winner. The vehicle will be delivered to the winner at a dealer chosen by the sponsor. The winner must take delivery of the vehicle within 30 days of the vehicle being available for delivery or is subject to forfeiture of the prize. The winner must provide proof of insurance and pay all applicable taxes, title and registration costs. Any equipment added or ordered (if possible) above the base prize vehicle equipment are at the expense of the winner.
