Complimentary Ticket Policy
The ODIA/AAA has authority to engage in promotional activities designed to acquaint the general public with the Academy and enhance its image. In the form of complimentary ticket requests the following guidelines are in place:
- Tickets are only given to Not-for-profit groups that are using the tickets for the sole purpose of attending the game
- Tickets are prohibited from being resold or raffled, organizations who violate this rule will be barred from any future considerations
- Tickets will only be awarded for games that are not sold out or widely attended
- Proof of not for profit status and designation of representative must be on file with ODIA, before requests can be considered
- Ticket requests for over 50 tickets for football and basketball and 25 tickets for hockey will not be honored
- The total number of tickets issued for any one game will not exceed 300 tickets
- Tickets will only be made available for pick-up on game day at the Will Call Window at Michie Stadium for football and the Holleder Center for basketball and hockey
- The not-for-profit organization must provide ODIA with the name of the person designated for securing the tickets and proper identification will be required
- ODIA Staff Members have the authority to award items beyond the appeal for tickets upon request and proper review by designated ODIA Staff
