ARMY ALIGNS WITH THE WORLD WIDE LEADER IN SPORTS
Army and ESPN reached a five-year multimedia agreement, guaranteeing live coverage of every Black Knights home football game to fans and troops around the world. All games at Michie Stadium and selected neutral-site games in which Army is the home team will be available on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Classic or ESPNU, its new college sports station. ESPNU will also offer coverage of seven additional men's or women's Army Athletic events a year.
For the sixth year in a row, the Black Knights football flagship station is 1050 ESPN Radio in New York City. 1050 ESPN Radio is also the home for Mike and Mike in the Morning and Dan Patrick with New York SportsCenter Updates every 20 minutes. The Army Sports Network will limit the number of advertisers on the network to ensure a clean presentation and maximum impact and exposure for our corporate partners.
PLAY-BY-PLAY PROGRAMMING SPONSORSHIP
The Army Sports Network provides the advertiser with a comprehensive radio network that includes the New York City metropolitan area, Long Island and central and upper New Jersey, the Hudson Valley and broadcasts to Army installations around the country and the world. As a corporate play-by-play sponsor, your commercials will be played during the game.
SIDELINE REPORTER TITLE SPONSORSHIP
The Army football radio broadcasts are filled with features and in-depth reports from the Black Knights sideline reporter. As the corporate sponsor of our sideline reports and sideline reporter, your company's name will be mentioned during each update and again at the introduction of our Sideline Reporter, i.e. "Our (corporate sponsor' name) sideline reporter..."
PREGAME SHOW TITLE SPONSORSHIP
As title sponsor of our pre-game show, your company will be mentioned as the headliner for the Army pre-game show and will receive title sponsorship billing, i.e. "The (corporate sponsor's name) - Black Knights Pre-game Show." This sponsorship gives your company ownership of the 30 minute pre-game show. During the course of this broadcast block, your corporate name will be mentioned as the title sponsor a minimum of 10 times.
POSTGAME SHOW TITLE SPONSORSHIP
Very similar to the title sponsorship of our Black Knights pre-game show, title sponsorship of our Black Knights post-game show will provide the corporate sponsor with maximum impact and exposure. Following each game a reporter goes inside the Army lockerroom to talk with Black Knight coaches and players. Leading into and returning from each commercial break, the corporate sponsor's name will be highlighted as the title sponsor of "The (corporate sponsor's name) - Black Knights Post-game Show."
HALFTIME SHOW TITLE SPONSORSHIP
Similar to our pre-game and post-game show title sponsorships, your company will reach a large audience and gain exposure as the title sponsor of our halftime report during each 2005 regular season game. "The (corporate sponsor's name) - Halftime Report" will feature a one-on-one interview each game with a current or former player, coach or sports celebrity. The halftime report will also feature a recap of the first half, individual and team statistics, an on-field interview with head coach Bobby Ross and a scoreboard report.
SCOREBOARD PRESENTING SPONSORSHIP
As the presenting sponsor of the scoreboard report, the company's name will be mentioned as the presenting sponsor. The corporate sponsor will receive a large amount of exposure throughout the game on the Army Sports Network. Scoreboard reports will be given on our halftime and post-game shows and periodically given throughout the game during the play-by-play.
PREGAME AND POSTGAME COACHES INTERVIEWS
Before and after each Black Knights game, the head coach will be interviewed. This is one of the most listened to parts of the pre-game and post-game shows and is a great opportunity for your company to stand out from the rest of the advertisers and be associated with our coach's interview segments. The corporate sponsor will be mentioned as the presenting sponsor of the head coach's interview segment before and after each Army broadcast.
BLACK KNIGHTS PLAYER PROFILE INTERVIEW
During each broadcast, a Black Knights player or players will be profiled in a featured interview during the pre-game show for football and the halftime show for basketball and between periods in hockey. The corporate sponsor will be billed as the presenting sponsor of that player profile.
PATRIOT LEAGUE --- ATLANTIC HOCKEY ASSOCIATION REPORT
During each Black Knights broadcast we will have a special conference report providing information and news to the Army fans on other teams in the conference. The corporate sponsor will receive presenting sponsorship of these reports.
TODAY IN ARMY SPORTS HISTORY
A special segment during each game broadcast will highlight "Today in Army Sports History" and will chronicle key achievements in Army sports. The corporate sponsor has the opportunity to be the presenting sponsor of this segment that will pay tribute to and honor Army sports accomplishments of the past.
STARTING LINEUPS
A chance for your company to present the starting line-up of each Black Knights broadcast. "It's now time for the Starting Line-ups of today's Black Knights game, presented by (corporate sponsor's name)."
PLAYER (S) OF THE GAME
Following each broadcast on our Black Knights post-game show we talk to a player or players of the game. The corporate sponsor will present that segment of our broadcast. "It's now time for our Black Knights Player of the Game Segmentbrought to you by (corporate sponsor's name)."
PLAY(S) OF THE GAME
After each Black Knights broadcast we will replay the play(s) of the game. Your company can be the presenting sponsor of this segment. "It's now time for The Play(s) of the Game, brought to you by (corporate sponsor's name)."
STATS UPDATES
This is another great way for your company to get significant exposure throughout many parts of the game broadcast. Your company can be the presenting sponsor of the stats updates that are giving throughout the game, at halftime and during the post-game show.
INSIDE ARMY FOOTBALL WITH BOBBY ROSS RADIO SHOW
Each Thursday during the Army Football season from 7pm-8pm, it's the "Inside Army Football with Bobby Ross" radio show LIVE from the lounge at the Thayer Hotel at West Point. Army's Director of Broadcasting Rich DeMarco sits down with Army Football Coach Bobby Ross before a live audience to discuss the previous week's game and Army's upcoming opponent. Coach Ross also answers your live questions, phone calls and e-mails. Fans who come out to the show can take advantage of drink specials as well as be eligible for FREE prizes. Leading into and returning from each commercial break, the corporate sponsor will be highlighted as the title sponsor of "The (corporate sponsor's name) Inside Army Football With Bobby Ross.
