Matt Borman
Matt Borman joined the Army Athletics staff in June of 2005 as the department’s Assistant Athletic Director for Development. In this position, Borman oversees the daily operation of the Army “A” Club.
Borman came to West Point after serving the previous two years as the Assistant Director of Athletic Development at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. In this position Borman helped the Duke Club reach all time highs in donors and funds raised. In addition to his experience at JMU, he has also held positions in athletic development at both the College of William and Mary and West Virginia University.
A native of Williamsburg, Virginia, Borman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lynchburg College in 2001, and later received his Masters of Science in Sport Management from West Virginia University in 2003. He is married to the former Carter Ricketts of Waynesboro, Virginia and the couple currently resides in Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York.
