Army Cram Session Set For Friday On ESPNU

WEST POINT, N.Y. In observance of Veterans Day, Army’s athletic program will take center stage on ESPNU Friday, with a holiday “Cram Session” planned for the popular cable college sports network.
During a 12-hour time block, beginning at midnight on Friday, Nov. 10, ESPNU will rebroadcast a host of Army events, originally televised on one of ESPN’s family of networks over the past 11 months.
The Army “Cram Session” will begin at midnight when ESPNU re-airs the 2006 Brigade Boxing Open. The Army-Navy lacrosse game from West Point’s Michie Stadium, played on April 15, will be broadcast from 2-4 a.m., followed by the Black Knights’ women’s volleyball victory over Navy from Gillis Field House that was contested on Oct. 29. That battle will air from 4:30-6 a.m.. The Army women’s basketball team’s defeat of Navy at Christl Arena, played on Feb. 4, is set to be re-broadcast from 6-8 a.m., with last week’s Army football game against Air Force rounding out the 12-hour programming block from 8-11 a.m.
