Q&A with Andre Carter II
Q: Why did you decide to attend West Point?
AC: I decided to attend West Point because of how good the football program is as well as the opportunity to attend one of the top schools in the country.
Q: Aside from football, what’s been your favorite part of West Point?
AC: Aside from football, my favorite part of West Point has been the people that I have met. From my peers to my instructors and officers at the academy. I have learned so much from them in my time at the academy.

Q: What was it like to be a part of the team that beat both Navy and Air Force at Michie Stadium?
AC: It was a great feeling winning the C.I.C last season. After the 2019 season, it was our main goal to get the C.I.C trophy back. And that was what really motivated us as a team throughout that Covid season. I feel like it’s something that I’ll remember for the rest of my life.
Q: What’s been your favorite non-football memory at the Academy?
AC: My favorite non-football memory at the academy was when the hockey team beat Air Force and they canceled the Sami inspection the next morning.
Q: What are you hoping to branch?
AC: I am hoping to branch Quartermaster.
Q: When you get free time, what are your favorite things to do?
AC: In my free time I like to watch tv shows and play video games.
