Gordon Treweek was a sprinter for the swimming and diving team and competed in the 50 and 100 freestyle events and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. After commissioning and serving in the Vietnam War for the U.S. Army, he earned his Master’s in 1969 and Ph.D. in 1975 from CalTech in Environmental Engineering and went on to work for MWH Global, Inc. and then was a vice president at Tetra Tech for over 10 years. He has since became a consultant for Environmental Defense Sciences as well as back at CalTech as an Engineering mentor.
