Samantha Turco serves as the Assistant Director of Ticket Service & Retention for Army West Point Athletics, where she plays an integral role in enhancing the fan experience and supporting the organization’s ticketing operations.

Prior to joining the team, Samantha worked in the Premium Ticket Services department with the New York Yankees, bringing valuable experience and industry knowledge to West Point.

Since joining the organization, Samantha has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the new seating manifest for the 2026 Michie Stadium renumbering project.

Her expertise and attention to detail have helped streamline internal processes, improve operational efficiency, and create a smoother experience for Army fans and season ticket members.

In addition to her operational impact, Samantha has become a trusted mentor and leader for the department’s part-time and intern ticket staff members.

Her commitment to teamwork, professional development, and customer service continues to make a lasting impact across the organization.
