Volleyball Clinics - 2017 Clinic Registration
The clinics are open to all girls grades 9 and above.
Please fill out this registration form for the Army West Point Volleyball Clinics as thoroughly as possible. For sections that are not applicable (i.e. high school), please enter n/a. The clinics are on Wednesdays from 6:00p-8:30p from January 2017 to May 2017.
In addition to completing this page, please fill out the health and waiver form on the following page (will appear after clicking submit on this page). The completed health and waiver form can either be scanned and emailed to jacqueline.harris@usma.edu, or carried to the clinic.
