Prior to West Point: Four-year member of the Walla Walla JROTC Rifle Team … crowned Army JROTC national champion and set a national record in 3-position air with a 595 in 2015 … member on three straight Western Regional CMP Championship Teams, twice on the scoring unit … medalist at the 2015 Western Regional CMP Championships … this past June captured the silver medal at the Junior Olympic 3P National Championship with a 594 … also garnered spot on the Junior National Development Team at the 3P air rifle championship as the top male … served as team captain senior year … played football freshman year along with earning three varsity letters as a member of the track and field team … honor scholar athlete who maintained 3.5 GPA or higher.

- Shot a season high in the smallbore discipline of 579 twice this season, at Ole Miss and at Navy.
- Shot a season high in the air rifle discipline of 589 twice this season as well, at the President's Trophy Match and against Navy.
- Achieved a highest aggregate score of 1168 against Navy in the Army Navy Star Match.
- Was named a College Rifle Coaches Association Scholastic All-American.
2016-17:
- Competed for the second straight year as an individual competitor at the NCAAs.
- Participated in air rifle (where he finished 29th) after meeting the standard last year in smallbore.
- Tied for Army's highest score this season in air rifle having recorded a career mark of 593 at the NCAA Qualifier in the regular-season finale against USP.
- Fired 590 or above four times in that discipline to post a regular-season average of 584.75.
- At Great America Rifle Conference Championship (GARC), Brewer and teammate Madeline Erikson led Army in air rifle as both posted scores of 585 to tie for 27th among the field of 78 shooters.
- Helped Army to runner-up honors in smallbore (2311) at the GARC Championships where the Black Knights outscored No. 6 Kentucky for five points
- Army’s highest championship finish in that discipline since claiming the title in 2012
- Turned in Army’s second highest score (580) in that disciple to place 12th.
- Season high 582 smallbore recorded in runner-up finish in win over Navy.
Qualified individually for the NCAAs in smallbore
- Among top eight to qualify for the finals after shooting 583 ... came down to final shot and qualified after closing the second station standing with a 99
- First time since 2012 a Black Knight qualified for the finals in discipline ... went on to place seventh
- Finished sixth at championships with a 416.8
- Recorded season high 586 earning medalist honors at the President’s Trophy Match as the Black Knights edged Air Force by four points for the team title
- Mark tied Josh Martin for highest score of the season earning second medalist honors in win over USP
- Finished sixth at the Championships
- Fired in the 580 range four times during the regular season and both postseason matches
- Five times scored 585 in air rifle the last vs. Akron
- Captured the gold medal in at the 2016 National Junior Olympic Championships with a 2338 total posting a 14-point margin of victory that earned a spot on USA Shooting's National Junior team for 2016
- Also claimed top five finishes in air and prone, winning the finals in the later with a score of 209.0 – just 2.2 points shy of the Open Finals World record.
