WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point women's track and field team travels to Staten Island, N.Y., to compete in the FastTrack National Invitational on Friday.
NOTES AND HIGHLIGHTS
The Black Knights come to this meet from a strong performance at the annual Army Navy Star meet where Army was able to defeat their service-academy rivals 94.5-86.5.
At this meet Samantha Coletti broke a school record in the 1000m clocking in at 2:51.07. This broke the previous record set last year of 2:52.97, by Abby Halbrook at this same meet. Lynne Mooradian finished first in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.73 seconds, matching the school record time in this event.
