Many athletes time is limited in their sport, especially when you're sidelined for a year with an injury. After winning the ECAC Rookie of the Year, Cole Casanova of the Army West Point gymnastics team missed his entire sophomore season after needing surgery. After being away from gymnastics for eight months, Casanova has battled his way back and recently won his first all-around title at the All-Academy Championships. From now on, he will be enjoying every competition and every moment.
