WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point women's tennis team rebounded from a difficult 4-3 setback against Stony Brook with an emphatic 7-0 victory over Sacred Heart on Friday at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center.
The Black Knights moved to 3-3 on the season, while the Seawolves are 1-0 and the Pioneers fell to 0-2.

- Sophomore Genevieve McCormick picked up a pair of singles victories, including her season debut at the top singles spot.
- Army went 5-0 in doubles matches on the day, including multiple victories from Melanie Allen/Nancy Porter and Kirby Einck/Gloria Son.
- Porter notched her 10th singles victory of the season in the fifth flight opposite Stony Brook.
- The win was Porter's 65th of her singles career.
