Black Knights Release 2018 Slate

2018 SCHEDULE
WEST POINT, N.Y. – Head coach Joe Alberici and the Army West Point men's lacrosse team released its 2018 schedule on Thursday, which includes seven games at historic Michie Stadium.
The Black Knights will play five non-conference games this season, including rematches against Syracuse and Notre Dame. Army defeated both top five teams in 2017 with a last-second victory at the Carrier Dome and an overtime win at home against the Irish. The Black Knights travel to the Orange on Feb. 24 and close out the regular season at Notre Dame on May 5.
Other non-league matchups include the season opener on Feb. 10 against UMass and a Feb. 17 contest against an impressive Rutgers team from a year ago.
The Black Knights open Patriot League play on March 3 on the road at Lafayette.
Fans can mark their calendars for April 14 as one of the most storied rivalries in all of college lacrosse takes center stage. Navy travels to West Point for a 12 p.m. faceoff against Army in the final home game of the 2018 schedule.
