Men's Soccer Plays Host to Terriers on Wednesday

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's soccer team returns to West Point to host Boston U. in a Patriot League match slated for Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at Malek Stadium.
Entering the second-to-last week of the regular season, Army is in a three-way tie for fifth in the Patriot League alongside Colgate and Holy Cross. The Black Knights' opponent, Boston U., has been one of the most successful teams in the league, boasting a 5-1 record, which is tied for first with Loyola.
The Cadets and Terriers have met nine times since 1978 with BU holding the all-time series lead, 6-2-1. The Terriers are 2-1-1 in the last four meetings with the Black Knights.
ARMY (8-5-1, 2-3-1 PATRIOT LEAGUE)
• Army was held without a score in a 1-0 loss on the road at Bucknell last Saturday.
• The Black Knights are just one of two teams in the Patriot League to eclipse 200 shots this season.
• The Cadets have been one of the top defensive units in the league, allowing the fewest goals (9) and shots (110) to the opposition.
• Justin Stoll has posted a league-best .622 goals-against average in the third-most minutes played by Patriot League keepers this season to go along with a .769 save percentage.
