Army Downs Lehigh For 1st League Win
January 06, 2017 | Men's Swimming and Diving
WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's swimming and diving team defeated Lehigh on Friday night, 182-100, at Crandall Pool.
The Black Knights' win was their first Patriot League victory of the year.
COACHES CORNER
I thought it was a good start to the last part of our season", said head coach Mickey Wender. "We swam tough coming out of a big, 10-day training camp in Florida. We haven't backed off one bit. We've been putting in a lot of work and the team responded really well in the meet. I give a lot of credit to a tough, well-coached Lehigh team that knows how to put their hand on the wall.
