Goff, Wilson Recognized by ECAC

WEST POINT, N.Y. – After outstanding performances at the West Point Open last weekend, Nathan Goff and Ryan Wilson were recognized by the ECAC as Gymnast and Specialist of the Week.

GOFF

Goff was named the league's first Gymnast of the Week of the season.
The senior was sixth in the All-Around (80.25) competition during Friday night's team finals. Goff excelled on the High Bar and Parallel Bars and moved forward in both events for Saturday's individual finals.
Goff turned in a 14.5 to trail Penn State's Dominic DiFulvio's winning mark of 14.75 on the High Bar. The Army All-Arounder's score bettered his mark of 14.00 that he set in prelims Friday evening.
He then placed third on the Parallel Bars with a score of 13.65.

WILSON

Junior Wilson was named the Specialist of the Week after his premier performance on the Vault.
He turned in a 13.55 as three Black Knights were among the individual competitors.
On Friday, he was one of three Cadets who scored over a 14.0. The vault was the Black Knights' top event after compiling a team total of 68.95 to finish behind Nebraska (70.95) and Penn State (69.45).
