Three-time defending champion Navy collected all 18 possible first-place votes. After coming in third at last year's Patriot League Championships, Army captured second with 135 points. Boston University followed with 129 points and the rest of the field was as follows, Lehigh (114), Bucknell (89), American (60), Holy Cross (60), Lafayette (49), Colgate (37) and Loyola Maryland (22).
