Army Inks Agreement with Play By Play Sports

WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Army Athletic Association, representing the Army-Navy Football Game, presented by USAA, has agreed to a multi-year sponsorship representation partnership with Play By Play Sports, LLC.

Under the agreement, Play By Play Sports, LLC (PBP) shall serve as the exclusive participating sponsorship sales consultant partner for the Army-Navy Game presented by USAA. PBP will create corporate partner and sponsorship programs and assist in developing various marketing, media and branding initiatives. In addition, PBP will be responsible for cultivation and sales of game participating corporate partnerships for the Army-Navy Game.

Today "America's Game" enjoys a lead Game Presenting corporate partnership with Military Financial Services provider, USAA. In addition, General Motors and  Mondelez International are current game participating sponsors utilizing their respective Chevrolet and Nabisco brands in support of one of our nation's longest College Football Rivalries.

ABOUT THE ARMY-NAVY GAME
The Army-Navy Game presented by USAA is one of the most traditional and enduring rivalries in college football pitting the U.S. Military Academy vs. the U.S. Naval Academy. The game is nationally televised by CBS, which has aired the game every year since 1984 except for a five-year stint on ABC from 1991–1995. The winner of the game is awarded the Thompson Cup, named after its donor, Robert M. Thompson. The most recent game (the 116th) in the series was held at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, on December 12, 2015. Navy won by a score of 21-17. Navy now leads the all-time series with a record of 60 wins, 49 losses, and 7 ties. The 117th Game is slated for December 10, 2016 in Baltimore with kick-off set at 3:00pm ET.
