DeSanti, Grabher Earn Weekly Accolades

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Patriot League released its final weekly award winners of the season and Dan Grabher and Danny DeSanti took home honors.

Grabher won 8-of-12 faceoffs against No. 6/7 Notre Dame on Sunday afternoon in the Black Knights' season finale. The junior also picked up six ground balls and tallied two shots after winning a pair of draws. Grabher finished the season winning .639 percent of his faceoffs taken and a total of 86 ground balls – a career high in a season. He concluded the season with three weekly honors for his faceoff performances.

DeSanti covered much of the field against No. 6/7 Notre Dame and played a critical role on the wings, helping this week's Corvias Faceoff Specialist of the Week Dan Grabher at the "X". The freshman set a career high four caused turnovers and also picked up one groundball to close out the season. DeSanti became the third rookie this season to earn weekly accolades, joining Nate Jones and AJ Barretto.
