Practice Three Complete

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point football team put on shoulder pads for the first time this spring for its third practice on Howze Field on Wednesday evening.
The cold weather continued for practice, but the sun peeked out a few times as the practice came to an end.
The team stayed on Howze Field for the majority of the practice with a few drills in Foley Athletic Center. The special teams work was a concentration early on in the practice, while the top offensive units took on the defense during two separate 11-on-11 drills.
Army returns to the practice field on Friday for a full pads practice beginning at 4:30 p.m. and the Black Knights will suit up on Saturday morning as well. The annual Black-Gold Spring Game is set for April 30 at 1 p.m.
