Army-Temple Game Moved to Friday Night

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point Athletics has announced that the Army football game at Temple has been moved to Friday, Sept. 2, at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Field.
The Black Knights were originally scheduled to start their season against the Owls on Saturday, Sept. 3, in Philadelphia. CBS Sports Network will broadcast the game live to a national audience.

Future dates for ticket sales include three-game mini-plans, which go on sale on May 3, while single-game tickets are on sale to the general public on July 19.

The 2016 slate features five home games at Michie Stadium, including Air Force on Nov. 5. The Black Knights welcome Rice for its home opener on Sept.10 and after a month away from West Point, Army is home for back-to-back weeks on Oct. 15 against Lafayette and Oct. 22 versus North Texas. The final home game of 2016 is on Nov. 19 and features Morgan State.
