Veale has a pro-rugby playing career spanning 11 years with highlights including; winning the Ranferly Shield in 2000 for Canterbury and a tour to Abu Dhabi in 2010 with the London Wasps. At North Habour in 2003, he was awarded Player of the Year. In 2009, Veale completed IRB Level II coaching certificate and will hold his Level III IRB by November 2015. His success coaching Old Blue in New York city has lead to a 2nd-place finish in the Division III Championship in 2013 and winning the championship in 2014. He has been invited to guest coach for Life University and was involved in the Men’s Collegiate All American tour in 2014. Currently Veale continues as Head coach to New York Old Blue’s ARP and Division II teams.
